Our organization relies heavily on the support of volunteers to carry out our mission, and we are currently seeking a skilled Content creator Team Leader/Volunteer to join our team.

As a content creator leader, you will be critical in welcoming and educating potential volunteers and staff members about our organization's mission, values, and services. The ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for leading and managing a team of content creators to ensure that organizational goals are met.

The goal of the content creation leader is to ensure that all content creator team members routinely achieve their goals and, thus, our organization’s mission.

• Oversee a team of content creators, ensuring that they meet deadlines and produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.
• Ensure that team members work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize team performance and productivity.
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for all content creators.
• Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members.
• Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and social media, to ensure that all content is aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with best practices.
• Identify trends and opportunities in the market and create content that aligns with these trends.
• Manage the team's budget, including content creation costs and resource allocation.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Handle any issues or conflicts that arise within the team in a timely and effective manner.
• Attend team meetings and senior meetings, as required.
