Patients and visitors arrive at the hospital for a variety of reasons from the joyous (a new baby) to the serious (a surgery). Whatever the reason, as a guest service volunteer, you will create a welcoming environment by greeting people warmly, answering their questions, and directing them to their destination.
This role is for you if you:
- Enjoy interacting with a variety of people
- Like taking time to solve problems and ensure each person’s needs are met
- Thrive on providing excellent customer service
- Speak a language other than English - a bonus, not a requirement
No experience necessary! We will train you on everything you need to know, including the layout of the hospital, to be successful.
