The Teen Service Corps is a 3-6 week service learning program in Manhattan and Brooklyn . Throughout the program rising 9th through 12th graders will create an amazing teen community of changemakers, learn about social justice through a Jewish and interfaith lens, and volunteer to make NYC a more equitable place for all! As a part of the program, participants will serve for 45 hrs per session. Session 1 runs from 6/29-7/20 and Session 2 runs from 7/25-8/10. You can visit this link to learn more and apply. Description
Repair the World Brooklyn has served in Crown Heights and neighboring communities since 2014, and Repair the World Harlem has been serving in Harlem and Upper Manhattan since 2017. Young adults, families, & teens work together with our staff & Fellows to address pressing needs with our service partners. We have been hosting events, showing up for our community, and creating ways for Jews and their communities to take action to pursue a just world.
Together, we work to make Central Brooklyn, Harlem, and all of NYC a more equitable place. Join us!
