Gentiva Hospice is looking for Volunteers (ages 16 and up) to provide support to office personnel through clerical and administrative functions. Here are a few examples of how our Administrative Volunteers can help:
- Answering telephones, taking messages, or making calls for staff
- Copying and filing
- Assembling Volunteer Orientation Manuals and in-service packets
- compiling and mailing Bereavement letters, sympathy cards
- help plan the Annual Memorial Service
You choose how you want to Volunteer.
NO Medical experience is needed as volunteers DO NOT perform nursing duties or dispense medication. Please leave us your NAME, PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS so we can in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the benefits of being a Gentiva volunteer.
