  • Welcome visitors and patients upon arriving to the facility
  • Assist those needing wheelchair access
  • Provide guidance to those seeking access to the emergency department, pharmacy, and other areas within the facility
  • Standing for duration of shift (4 hours)
  • Exposed to the elements - heat/cold/rain/wind

2 Shifts

  • 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM MST
  • 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM MST
    Shifts are 8 - 12 and 12-4, 1 volunteer needed per shift, Monday thru Friday.

Description

Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City and Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West offer you an opportunity to apply for a wide variety of interesting and rewarding volunteer positions. Our volunteers range in age from 15 to over 100, but all share the desire to give back to the community by helping their hospitalized neighbors, patient families, physicians and our staff. Volunteers commit to an initial background check, health screen and orientation training, and agree to serve at least one four-hour shift per week on an ongoing basis.
