Meals on Wheels needs you. We need volunteers to take meals to homebound seniors. Volunteer as little as once a month, once a week, or more often. Routes take about an hour to an hour to two hours depending on the route. Hampton especially needs volunteers for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Meals can be picked up between 9am-10am in Hampton. There are typically between 12-15 stops on a route.
Opportunities available in other areas as well.
