We Help The Missing is looking for a CFO / Bookkeeper to join our small nonprofit organization and manage all financial aspects. We are seeking a person who is experienced with nonprofit bookkeeping and accounting principles.
The CEO / Bookkeeperʼs main responsibility is to ensure the accuracy of the books and also produce financial reports as needed in order for senior management and the board to fulfill their fiduciary oversight responsibilities.
Ongoing duties include working with the CEO on accounts payable and accounts receivable, creating monthly financial statements, and all monthly reconciliations. A strong efficiency with QuickBooks is required.
The CFO / Bookkeeper will also be the main liaison with the Accounting firm. This Nonprofit CFO / Bookkeeper's responsibilities will also include overseeing cash flow planning, preparing and reviewing budgets, and reporting to upper-level management. Ultimately, you will ensure we manage our resources in the most beneficial way and help maximize our funding.

Mission Statement
We Help the Missing, Inc. is a domestic 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. We are comprised of a team of private investigators and citizens who selflessly dedicate themselves to investigating, locating, advocating, and raising awareness of missing persons, including indigenous people, to identify unidentified decedents and recover human trafficking victims. It makes no difference the age of the loved one or how long they have been missing. We strive to offer support to the families who are going through this difficult time.
Description
We Help The Missing, Inc. offers families of missing person Family Support, Awareness through media and social media, provide and distribute posters, enlist the services of Private Investigators and Search and Rescue if needed. We Help The Missing collaborates with Law Enforcement and make sure the missing person is listed with the appropriate organizations and agencies. We plan to implement after-care services in the future.
