Are you, your team or organization, looking for a community service project? This event raises money for children and adults living with cystic fibrosis (CF). Please check out our website TakeabreatherfromCF.org to learn more.
ADULT VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED. Without the help of volunteers, the Narberth CF Run and Walk would not be the success that it is. Volunteering mainly involves traffic control which is extremely important to help keep our runners and walkers safe by making sure that no vehicles are moving on the streets. This year the Run kicks off at 9:00 am and ends around 10:15 am. Volunteers are asked to be at their designated assigned stations at 8:30 AM. Volunteering is fun and easy! Volunteers also receive a t-shirt for their support. Anyone interested in being a volunteer can contact us at info@takeabreather.net or call 610-664-1826
THANK YOU!

Mission Statement
Take A Breather Foundation fulfills wishes for those battling Cystic Fibrosis (CF).
Description
Take A Breather Foundation fulfills wishes for those battling cystic fibrosis (CF). Our goal is to give these patients, along with their families, the opportunity to "take a breather" from CF and focus on creating magical memories that will stay with them for a lifetime. Memories that will strengthen their hearts and minds as they battle the psychological, emotional and financial turmoil that accompanies life with Cystic Fibrosis.
Cystic fibrosis is a hereditary disease that destroys the lungs, pancreas and other organs. Those with CF spend long amounts of time in the hospital where they receive IV antibiotics to fight off life threatening lung infections. There is no cure and the average life expectancy is late 30's.
