Project Overview:
Are you searching for a job in the animation field? Volunteer on the MEDKids project and gain valuable experience while boosting your resume. We’re seeking skilled animators to create engaging visuals, short clips, and interactive elements for an innovative animation project for kids.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers and designers to transform creative concepts into dynamic animations.
- Create detailed storyboards, sketches, and illustrations that effectively communicate narratives.
- Develop 2D/3D models, backgrounds, sets, characters, and environments using industry-standard software.
- Produce smooth, frame-by-frame animations (2D, 3D, stop-frame, or computer-generated) that align with soundtracks and audio cues.
- Coordinate with editors to composite dialogue, effects, and multiple animation layers into a polished final product.
- Manage tasks to meet production timelines and deliver progress presentations as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven background in animation with a preference for computer-generated techniques.
- Strong skills in key animation software such as Flash, 3ds Max, Maya, LightWave, Softimage, Blender, Toonly, or Cinema 4D.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling, model-building, and illustration skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a multi-disciplinary production environment.
- Capable of managing deadlines and adapting to evolving project requirements while maintaining high-quality work.

Rebecca Everlene Trust Company was incorporated in 2012 and is a tribute to the owner’s grandmothers; Rebecca Spaulding and Everlene Chambers.
The company has retained its original focus of providing educational opportunities for students and has since expanded its services to include community service options for individuals alongside a host of other community support programs.
