The candidate will have the opportunity to personalize this position within reasonable limits.
The administrator will monitor and route incoming phone calls (voice mail), email and regular mail.
Compose and distribute chapter correspondence using Gmail and/or Constant Contact.
Render assistance to chapter volunteers by connecting them with resources or other SCORE volunteers.
Various follow up tasks via phone or email as needed.
Other typical office services such as printing business cards.
Other tasks as assigned.
90% of this position is virtual but office visits may be necessary on a semi regular basis. Therefore this volunteer should live in a location convenient to Springfield, Massachusetts
