Artists in the East Bay area can be a significant economic driver, both in terms of actual economic impact and business competitiveness, growth, and sustainability. This program is positioned at the intersection of arts and economic development and aims to build capacity in artists in order to improve their financial well-being and the well being of the communities in which they live and work.

This program will build artist capacity and arts-based economic vitality via networking and community building activities. Facilitated mixers will support emerging and mid-career visual artists in meeting other artists at varying stages in their careers, identifying collaborative opportunities and making connections.

Your volunteer role will be to support the Artist Facilitator with their activity, provide check-in and set up/tear down support.
