Help unload our truck & sort the donations from the Staley HS food drive! Our truck will be loaded by students at Staley high school and then volunteers will meet at our property to help unloading the cans and dry-goods at our Liberty pantry. The food will need to be sorted by category & expiration dates, ready to be placed in the pantry. This will be somewhat physically demanding. There are stairs up to the office/pantry.

Breaking the cycle of poverty by providing a transitional housing program for families to achieve personal independence through their efforts and the support of the community.
Description
Hillcrest Hope Transit ional Housing's goal is to move families from homelessness to self-sufficiency within 90 days. We provide rent/utility-free housing, as well as, the following through a network of community support: auto repair/donation, food pantry, medical assistance, dental work, GED classes, haircuts, glasses, school clothes, work uniforms, etc.

- Must be at least 16
- Volunteers will meet at 3pm for truck to arrive and will unload truck in about 30 min. The remainder of the time will be for sorting and labeling. We expect to be done by 5pm or earlier.
- This property has several stairs. Being able to carry boxes while navigating stairs will be required.
