Volunteer to help hospice patients and their families when they need that help the most. No matter what your talents or interests, you can make a difference in someone's life. When you volunteer with Gentiva Hospice, you become part of a team of skilled, compassionate people who dedicate their time to a truly noble cause.

Volunteers give their time in two ways:

Patient Visit Volunteer- Visiting our patients to provide companionship and support through conversation, leisure activities or by being a supportive presence. You may also provide respite for caregivers so they can have some time away for themselves. Our volunteers do not provide hands on care but we do pro

Are you a licensed massage therapist or hair stylist? Do you have a licensed therapy animal? We would love to offer these services to our patients.

Administrative Volunteer- Providing office support though clerical duties such as data entry, filing and phone calling.
