Event volunteers will work alongside park staff to pick up litter along roadways, trails, and visitor use areas. Volunteers should meet at the picnic shelter in the main picnic area near the visitor center for check-in, orientation and a safety briefing. This event will be outdoors and dependent on weather conditions. Be sure to check the park website for updates closer to the day of the event. Tools and safety gear will be provided. Volunteers should wear sturdy closed toe footwear, long pants, dress for outdoor weather conditions, and bring their own snacks and water.
