About Us:
Sunny Side Up Youth Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education and assistance around pregnancy and mothering for teens. Our mission is to empower teens to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Expert to help us make the most of our Google Ads Grant program. As a volunteer, you will work part-time with our team and in-house web development agency to help drive traffic to our website and increase awareness of our organization.
This role is remote, and you will have the flexibility to work from home. We require a commitment of at least 10 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our team to develop an overall Google Ads strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives
- Manage the Google Ads Grant program and maximize its funding
- Conduct ongoing keyword research and analysis to identify new areas for improvement and optimization
- Create and manage ad campaigns, ad groups, and ads to drive traffic to our website
- Monitor ad performance and make ongoing adjustments to optimize for conversions and lower ad spend
- Collaborate with our in-house web development agency to ensure landing pages are optimized for visitor engagement and conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
- Knowledge and experience with utilizing Google Ads Grants
- Ability to analyze data and make ongoing strategic recommendations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools

Description
Sunnyside Up Youth Pregnancy Services became a vision for Cicely Wilson when she supported her first pregnant teen in 2017. Cicely saw a lack of support for youth and was determined to create a safe place of support for youth ages 13 to 21 who felt alone, unsupported, or afraid during their childbirth experience.
With the idea that no one should experience birth alone, in 2021, Cicely made the leap of faith and hope and incorporated Sunnyside Up Youth into a non-profit organization in an effort to support more youth on a larger scale in more communities. Sunnyside Up Youth provides pregnancy support and new parent education to youth ages 13 to 21. We offer in-person labor and postpartum support to local residents of Nashville, TN and virtual classes nationwide.
Sunnyside Up Youth work with a volunteer support team of trained, experienced and certified full spectrum doulas, lactation specialists, mental health specialists and educators to provide physical, emotional, informational and mental support to the families we serve. developed a volunteer base of new and experienced doulas giving back to the Nashville Community. Sunnyside Up Youth Pregnancy Services continues to grow and support more families in Nashville, Tennessee each year.
