ORGANIZATION: Volunteer Chore Services

Volunteer Services " free" transportation, light housecleaning, group projects, minor home report, yard work and moving assistance to low income seniors and individuals with disability in Clallam and Jefferson counties and beyond.

We provide mileage reimbursement for transporting our clients to and from doctors appointments or shopping. Our scheduling is done with a easy to use computer program so you are able to volunteer on YOUR time.

Description

Volunteer Chore Services (VCS) is designed to help low-income elders and disabled adults stay in their homes for as long as is safely possible.

VCS provides assistance to those who cannot afford to pay for the kinds of services we provide, do not qualify for assistance elsewhere, or do not have family and friends available to help them.
