Georgia is one of only two states that lack broad need-based financial aid, and nearly 112,000 students deal with unmet financial need. We are working to meet Georgia college students' financial need with our need-based grants & merit scholarships. Your video in The Give Higher Campaign will spread awareness on our mission, Georgia need-based aid, and raise funds for our 2023-24 grants and scholarships. You will share your college story at our video shoot and use your video to lead a fundraising campaign in June 2023. Your video will talk about a time you experienced financial strain in college and spread awareness on the need for GA need-based aid.

Higher Foundation promotes post-secondary education by providing financial assistance to Georgia college students. Our main objective is to make a post-secondary education more attainable for Georgians from all walks of life. Our goal is to consistently increase the Georgia population with a bachelor’s degree or higher. We plan to reach our goal by serving Georgia college students with our need-based grants, merit-based scholarships, and The Go Higher Program. As we make a higher education more accessible, we aim to see every Georgian college educated and fulfilled in his or her career.
