91 year old elderly woman is in need of assistance with home repairs. Client's floors and walls have termite damage inside and outside of the home. her pipes are busted as well. The floors in her home need leveling. She has not lived in her home in a year and rotates between family members. She has wood siding that needs replacing. Her roof leaks and she has damage to her ceiling. The floors are sinking in. She also has some light fixtures that need repairing.
