The San Diego Floral Association, a non-profit 501c3 organization, is looking for a person to sit on our as a Recording Secretary. The position entails taking minutes at our meetings. This will be an officer position. Our board meets once a month on the 2nd Monday at 10:00am. We meet at our office in Balboa Park or via zoom. The meetings take about 2 hours.
The San Diego Floral Association is a dynamic group. You will meet and learn about Balboa Park and our community outreach programs.

REQUIREMENTS
- The board meetings are held once a month on the 2nd Monday at 10:00am. The Recording Secretary will need to attend those meetings either in person or via zoom and will need to prepare the minutes in writing for board distribution.
- Candidate will need to be able to check their email once a day.and to volunteer at various events, We hold approximately 6 events a year.
