The Sewing Labs has 12 opportunities for volunteer mentors or allies to come alongside our students over a catered meal once a month at The Sewing Labs (thanks to a generous benefactor)

We want our students to feel safe, loved, and protected, "Encompassed" all in one.
EnCompass also has at its root the word "compass", a search for direction-an openness to embrace dreams and goals, and our hope that our students are ready to find a new path, arm in arm, with their mentors.

EnCompass is a mentoring program. The goal is to form a personal connection with the student-to plant the seeds of healthy relationships while giving them emotional and social support.
