The Salmon-Challis National Forest is seeking a volunteer individual or couple to perform improvement projects at housing facilities on the Leadore Ranger District for approximately four weeks. Duties include painting, drywall, and other maintenance projects. Volunteer(s) will be expected to work 24 hours/week and will receive a daily stipend. Volunteer(s) will be provided a trailer hook-up site at the Leadore Ranger Station during their stay. Recreation opportunities around Leadore include hiking, motorized recreation, fishing, and much more. The full-service community of Salmon, Idaho is 45 miles to the north.
