ORGANIZATION: Citizens' Climate Lobby

2022 Logo

Join volunteers in Colorado and across the country who are working on the environment and climate change . Healthy forests is an important policy area and will help the United States reach a goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions 50% by 2030. Learn about what types of legislative policies CCL supports and join us in working with your elected representatives to find solutions.

Your activities might include:

  • Educating the community about carbon pricing
  • Meeting with congressional leaders
  • Writing letters to the editor
  • Hosting film screenings and panel conversations
  • Meeting with local media

We welcome you to join us and work toward solutions in your community. We’ll connect you with your local Citizens' Climate Lobby chapter (or help you start one) no matter where you live in the U.S. Or you can volunteer with us virtually. Either way, we've got a big tent and plenty of room for Coloradans to get together and guide our state and national leaders to face this existential threat.
