Support a youth and family meet n greet

We want to have a meet n greet with youth and the families they represent. This will allow us to share a little bit about the organization as well as get youth signed up for our after school and summer programs coming soon. This will be an opportunity for families to see the facility but also ask questions and give suggestions on some programs that they would like to see us offer. During this time we will also design a few activities based on age to get the participants active and to have some fun. This meet n greet will be FREE but we will accept and appreciate any donations. We need volunteers to oversee some activities such as relays, musical chairs, etc. We would also like a couple of volunteers to just float and ensure safety and safe practices while at our facility. We are open to different activities so please bring your imagination with you. We will have light snacks as well.
