Mission Hospice has a strong Bereavement department that provides support to loved ones after a patient dies. Our bereavement coordinator is looking for help with the Bereavement Letters/Mailings that go out on a scheduled basis to the bereaved of patients that have died on hospice.
If you are a good learner and responsible individual, we are looking for someone to come in routinely to assist in getting these mailings out. This could be once a week or every other week.
Volunteer candidates complete an application, interview, background check and then training on Hospice and orientation to the job, all provided by Mission Hospice.
