Monday, March 27, is Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta "Day of Service." Chavez and Huerta are known for promoting the concept of service to others, knowledge, innovation, acceptance of all people and respect for life and the environment.

In partnership with the City's "Keep Fort Worth Beautiful," nine locations throughout the city will be cleaned-up. Water and supplies such as gloves and trash bags will be provided. Minors, who register, must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Further instructions will be provided prior to March 27 through a confirmation email. The events will happen rain or shine. Volunteers will be able to select a location and shift of their choice.
