The 76th Western Intercollegiate will return to Pasatiempo Golf Course in Santa Cruz on April 10-12, 2023.

One of the most spectacular championships in all of college golf, the Western Intercollegiate attracts talented players from top colleges and universities. This year, Stanford, Cal, and host San Jose State will compete with 11 other teams, including top-ranked Pepperdine, Oregon, Arizona, and SDSU.

Starting with the first tournament in 1947, the Western Intercollegiate has featured a highly competitive field with many standout student-athletes who went on to success in the PGA Tour and in the golf industry. Our alumni include Tiger Woods, Collin Morikawa, Scottie Scheffler, Jordan Spieth, Max Homa, and Jon Rahm. The Western is a great place to see golf's rising stars in competition.

Once again, the Western Intercollegiate will be broadcast live on the Golf Channel, and we invite spectators to join us at Pasatiempo to see the action up close. Additional information is available at our tournament website.

If you're available and interested, we also need help in producing an event worthy of Golf Channel's TV audience. We have multiple shifts available for Walking Scorers, Spotters for Golf Channel, and Event Staff members. You can find the latest information on available shifts at our Volunteer Center, where you can reserve your preferred spot(s).
