Join us with Muscle Shoals National Heritage Area for our next volunteer event!
Saturday, June 15th, 10am-1pm.
We'll be cleaning, organizing and decorating various sections of the interior and preparing for our next fundraising event. This may include cleaning, scraping and painting; we'll provide supplies and direction, no experience necessary. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty in, such as jeans and closed toe shoes.
If you're not able to stay the whole morning, please stop by anyway to say hi and see what we're up to!
Thanks so much to @muscleshoalsnha for partnering with us on this project! 200 Chickamauga St. Sheffield, AL

The Village School Foundation: A 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to the restoration and preservation of this Historic Building The Village School Building is a World War One era school and community building, and is one of the most historically significant buildings in North Alabama. The Building is the heart of the Nitrate Village One neighborhood, a Garden City development designed by Mann & MacNeille Architects in 1917.

Educational and community uses of the Village School Building include lectures and tours for civic organizations, students, adult learning organizations and other public educational groups.
