The Capital Region Heart Walk & Run is back at W. Averell Harriman State Office Building Campus, and to make this event a success, we need amazing people willing to volunteer their time.
Saturday, June 3rd is when a lot of the heavy lifting takes place.
- Setting up tables and chairs
- Putting signage along the walk route
- Hanging signage on tents

Sunday, June 4th is the Walk & Run. A lot of work, but so much fun!
- Complete set up of healthy snacks and beverage
- Kids Zone set-up
- Photo areas, registration, American Heart Association tables and more.
- Registration Assistance
- Volunteer Check in and organization
- Hand out snacks/water
- Water stations along the walk route AND run route
- Route Rally stations along the walk route
- Cheering squads (any group can be a cheering group along the run or walk route) and other entertainers willing to donate their time are welcome!!
