Local dog rescue needs help caring for recently rescued dogs at new sanctuary facility

Please consider helping our local nonprofit dog rescue, Paws Fur Recovery! We are a small nonprofit organization that was previously Foster based. We have recently acquired a 100 acre farm property in Indiantown Florida. Starting in February 2023 we have endeavored on establishing this property as a sanctuary for recently rescued dogs either surrendered from local families unable to care for their dogs in our surrounding community or taken in from death-row at local kill shelters. We work tirelessly day in and day out to rehabilitate and show these abandoned dogs love, care, and kindness with the ultimate goal of setting them up for success in finding them their forever home. We are a small organization trying to make big moves to help the dogs. We can’t do this alone. We need volunteers to come out and work with the dogs providing them exercise, training, and general love and affection they so desperately need. As a volunteer with our organization, you can fill a role based on whatever your strengths are best suited for. As of right now, we desperately need help with the daily care of these animals, including feeding, walking, exercising, bathing and training the dogs in our care on the ranch. Caring for these dogs is a 24/7 job. But together that job can be a way less daunting task. If working with the dogs hands-on is not best suited for your availability or comfort level, we can always use help when it comes to fundraising, marketing, promoting the dogs, taking pictures and videos, coordinating events, community outreach... the list goes on.
