Volunteers may be assigned a variety of roles including but not limited to:
- Event Set-Up and Breakdown
- Assist with putting together goodie bags along with setting up registration, display tables, canopies, auction item tables, and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Hole-In-One Witness
- Volunteers will be positioned at each of the designated holes where we are offering a hole-in-one or longest drive contest. Volunteers will act as witnesses and will be required to sign an affidavit stating that a golfer hit a hole-in-one if it actually occurs.
- Air Cannon Assistant
- Assist vendor providing air cannon that shoots golf balls with operation and donation collection.
This entire event takes place outdoors. Volunteers must be in proper golf course attire and we highly recommend wearing sunscreen and bringing a hat.
