Hello Student Volunteers!
We are a Central-Florida based non-profit that provides support to those living with long-term chronic illness, rare disease, disability, longCOVID, etc.
Applications are currently open for our student Cards2Warriors Card Crew. All positions are virtual. Students must have good communication and writing skills, a heart for helping those who live with an illness.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to send 100,000 cards of love + cheer to isolated illness warriors around the globe, thus providing hope and encouragement to positively affect their mental and emotional well-being as they navigate their health odyssey .
Description
Snail mail is our jam! We facilitate the sending of cards full of hope and encouragement to patients (we call them warriors;) across the USA and around the globe! We do this primarily via our cards2warriors program and the Warrior Card Swap.
Additionally, we provide virtual volunteer opportunities for employee teams, high school students across Florida, illness warriors who are seeking purpose, and kids/teens/adults who loves to color and make cards! :)

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 13
- Student volunteers must commit to at least 2 hours per month to stay active in our program. Schedules are flexible and we request that students volunteer for a minimum of 6 months.
