Public/Community relations is a fun and critical part of our organization. It is how we build powerful relationships that support our mission to serve the veteran community and provide them with life-saving assistance.

You will get to meet some power players in the corporate world, and professional organizations like accounting and law firms, community leaders, education and church leaders.

Researching these types of resources is part of the job.

Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work on their own. Weekly reporting of the contacts made and their contact information for each is all that is required. An occasional zoom meeting will be required as needed. Arranging for meetings or phone calls is also invited when possible.

These resources are vital to our ability to perform our mission and provide the resources needed for the veterans we serve.

This can lead to a permanent board position if interested.
