Circle of Care Caller Volunteers call home care patients or their caregivers each week to check on their
needs prior to the weekend.
Volunteers:
- Follow a phone script.
- Identify patient needs such as medication refills, supplies and/ or equipment that need to be addressed.
- Contribute to a proactive approach in caring for terminally ill patients and their families.
After training and education, calls may be made from home or from an AccentCare office.
