LCC and the staff at the Community Center need volunteers to fill the eggs (in advance March 16 to April 6th). Then the day of the event (April 8th), place the eggs by age groups, and do a quick clean up that morning. Seniors, middle and high schoolers are especially welcome to help! Lauelhurst Community Center is located in the heart of the community, just within the neighborhood park. The community center adds to the core of the neighborhood, where our neighbors go for information, to socialized with each other, to discuss issues of the day, to have fun and to learn.
Description
Laurelhurst Community Center provides opportunities for adults and teens to be good stewards of our community. We recruit coaches for our sports programs, volunteers for many fun special events and programs, and instructors for our classes. We rely on volunteerism to support many of our events and activities.
