As a startup nonprofit, we are in great need of volunteers with fundraising planning experience to work with our board's Fundraising Committee. We are looking for volunteers who have had both small and large event planning experience from conception to production. This team will also work with the students of our after-school program on projects that involve producing a fundraising event. It's a fun chance to be a part of a nonprofit in its infancy stage and progress into something bigger with your footprint on it. Mission Statement
A-SOL’s mission is to empower underserved youth through a faith-based after-school and summer program, introducing them to an array of vocations, entrepreneurial concepts, and life skills that can change the course of their lives.
Description
Our goal with our students is to assist with building up the South Dallas community and instill entrepreneurial and leadership skills in a faith-based environment that promotes teamwork and character building.
