Seeking skilled volunteers to assist in Marketing/Communications, Graphic Design and Funding (Grants & Donor Engagement) efforts to support our primary mission of: Making Schools Safer; Setting National Standards for Active Shooter Defense in American Public Schools. National Overwatch (NOW) is a dynamic, emerging nonprofit charity staffed with industry leading experts in Risk Mitigation, Physical Security, Law Enforcement, Training, Tactics and Protective Operations who came together to reduce school shootings through proper risk mitigation.

Volunteers for this position will play a major role in safeguarding our Nation's school children; acquiring funding and promoting NOW programs that are designed to directly impact current and future violent threats against schools. Skills desperately needed in the following areas:

- Nonprofit funding - Grant Writing/Submission
- Fundraising/Donor Engagement
- Marketing/Communications - donor/public/client (schools)
- Raising Brand Awareness through many avenues, to include social media and other web based applications.

NOW personnel are located throughout the US, and work virtually, when not directly involved in risk mitigation efforts, in business function teams. Participants will be assigned to the administrative division of NOW into appropriate teams, led by our personnel. The schedule for these opportunities is extremely flexible.
