1. We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Partner who has experience building Legal department and is looking for a new challenge.
2. Be a part of growing Talent Acquisition team and contribute to the growth of HiTS volunteering organization
3. Bring talent to the volunteer-based organization which tackles social issues through technology solutions
4. Own end-to-end the recruitment process for Legal positions being a trusted partner for the hiring team
5. Create job descriptions, screen resume, communicate with the candidates, arrange interviews, interview and provide a stellar candidate experience
6. Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future opportunities
7. 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience and strong know-how hiring talent for legal positions
8. Strong understanding of legal market and ability to quickly assess candidates legal background
9. Experience collaborating with the hiring managers to determine hiring needs, and implement a recruiting process for legal professionals
10. Experience doing initial candidates screening calls and mapping with the open opportunities
11. Ability to utilize multiple channels like colleges, networking groups, and service organizations in order to promote volunteering opportunities
12. Excellent communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills are desired
13. Ability to keep an accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system
