Visitor Center Host-Dardanelle Lake Visitor Center

Volunteer is required to work a minimum of 24 hours per week. Volunteer will serve as the Dardanelle Lake Visitor Center Host. Volunteer will be responsible for answering questions and assisting customers both in person, at the Visitor Center, and by phone regarding directions, recreation opportunities, area amenities, and other resources. Opening and closing the Visitor Center (instructions provided) and maintain brochure racks and reorder brochures when supplies are low. Assist Park Rangers and administrative staff with clerical duties (i.e. filing, sorting mail, etc.). Help update interpretive displays as needed. Volunteers may also assist with other duties as available and scheduled. Volunteer will be provided a campsite with 50 amp electric, water, and sewer hook-ups free of charge in exchange for work performed.
