Did you know the Dallas Library system has seed libraries? Seeds are donated by local community members and distributed across Dallas. Of course, seeds can not be returned like other library materials, so we ask the recipient donate collected seeds at the end of the planting season.
Volunteers are needed to sort and prepare seed packages for delivery to other library locations. You can volunteer any time the Central Library is open at your own schedule.
First time volunteers must complete the online application and pass a background check.
