The organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through 5 core topics: self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting & effective decision-making. Resilience also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, social beings, and overall well-being.

Resilience is looking for Senior Advisors to assist in advising our Curriculum Development department.

As a Curriculum Development Senior Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing strategic and operational guidance and support to the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and provide expertise in your particular field. You will lead and participate in initiatives, provide coaching and mentorship to team members, and ensure policies and procedures align with the organization's goals and values.

This is an unpaid, volunteer, remote position with flexible hours.

Teaching
School Counseling

Therapist
Comic Artists/Writers
Database Analyst
Full-Stack Mobile App Developers

Speech Emotion Recognition Expert

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in related field and/or advisor role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading and managing initiatives and projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
