CicLAvia is seeking both individuals and groups to volunteer at CicLAvia--The Valley on Sunday, April 16 to join Mid City with Pico Union. CicLAvia produces a temporary car-free day that transforms streets into safe spaces for thousands of people to explore the city by foot, bike, and other forms of transport. This event will open 4 miles of Venice and Washington Boulevard.

Volunteers help create a fun and safe environment for participants. Duties include:

• Provide event information to CicLAvia participants

• Ask participants to dismount, slow down, or follow other traffic instructions

• Sign participants up to CicLAvia’s mailing list and free drawing

• Assist Hub Staff with hub setup, breakdown, and maintenance

• Groups: Stop or slow down participants at car crossing intersections and slow zones
