Recruiting Organization: True Paleo Inc

The Spiritual Advisory Chair volunteers 1 hour every 4-8 weeks to attend board meetings and are considered an Executive officer. They volunteer an additional 3 hours weekly to provide spiritual referral response to client needs. SAC encourages a healing presence culture and understands the company and people within it declare a non-denominational spiritual culture.

Key responsibilities are:

• Creating referrals to churches and local spiritual organizations
• Chaplain- initiate meetings by reading the constitutional prayer before every meeting
• Proactively partner with local churches, pastors, ministries, and community organizations and meet with one per month
• Follow-up phone and email after every visit
• Send cards to volunteer for recognitions, awards, birthdays, and holidays
