Are you interested in volunteering in healthcare? Gentiva Hospice is looking for volunteers to visit patients in their homes, including facilities in Tarboro, NC.

Volunteers are able to provide companionship, give patients a way to reflect and reminisce on life, play games or cards, play music or read. You can also give family members time to run an errand or go to a doctor appointment while you sit with their loved one. As a volunteer, you are unable to provide any hands-on care such as bathing, changing, or dressing for example.
