Come join a passionate team of people dedicated to improving literacy in Detroit as a volunteer mentor! A mentor builds positive relationships with our students while going through their individualized lesson plans created by our educators. Our mentors do not need to have teaching experience, just a heart for students and a love for reading. Considering our remote service, you can tutor students from any location. We have sessions available during and after the school day and they are only 1-2 hours a week.
