Recruiting Organization: True Paleo Inc

This is an Executive Committee officer volunteer position. Business Development Chair volunteers 1 hour every 4-8 weeks to attend board meeting.

Also, volunteers 3 hours bi weekly in efforts to:

• proactively look for high quality opportunities to optimize outbound lead management
• facilitate stewardship amongst board members
• persuade VP and C-level executives of the value of our products and services
• works closely with president to improve upon boards operations
• collaborate with board to develop sales processes and strategies
• equip board with better resources for board performance
• recruit new board members when requested
• help build strong business presence
• regularly interact with prospects via telephone, email, and social media
• generate outbound interest and develop relationships to stimulate opportunity
• become a trusted resource and develop long-lasting relationships with prospects
• track and update prospect records in Salesforce with detail regarding organization info, tools used, competition, market trends, future needs, prospect interaction and other relevant information.
• consistently achieve qualified prospect quotas to ensure revenue objectives
• deliver individual daily/weekly activity volume, sales meeting goals, and opportunity production
• identify problems and proactively create plans of action to present to management
