- Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals interested in pursuing a career in product management, with a focus on developing skills in product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on product management concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Assist participants in identifying user needs, conducting market research, and using data to inform product decisions.
- Provide guidance on product design, development, and testing, including techniques for gathering and incorporating customer feedback.
- Evaluate and assess participants' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Collaborate with other coaches and volunteers to ensure the success of the program, including developing new content, coordinating events, and mentoring participants.
