Computer Assistant/Tech Support at an Independent Living Facility

We are looking for one or two tech help volunteers to assist our independent residents with their computer and phone issues.
We are looking for someone responsible who loves working with seniors and is willing to commit to about 2-4 hours a week (once a week would be OK). The days/times can be flexible, but we prefer 1pm-4pm time frame. While hours can be very flexible, we would love someone with a firm weekly commitment.
Our residents usually need very basic help with their laptops, iPads, and iPhones. Sometimes they need to reset passwords and/or e-mail addresses. They also need help with their printers. Also, they may need help contacting their provider in case of computer viruses of other issues.
For the most part, the tech support needed is very basic, but maybe requested by a number of people.
