Shamanic Arts Center in Hotchkiss, Colorado a small cultural preservation 501c3 non-profit is seeking sponsors, patrons, & volunteers to preserve shamanic practices by facilitating the experience of these normally oral and energy-based practices through our various projects.
- The Shamanic Arts Center in Hotchkiss, Colorado projects include:
Annual Traveling Shamans Camp - ceremonial gathereing
Sacred Witness - a sacred sites field trip group
Experience Exchange - a barter group of practitioners, & artists
Talk Story Media - a documentation team.
Media Producer Needed - For proposed weekly broadcast featuring either a live stream or a short compilation of past interviews with guest shamanic practitioners, visionary artists, storytellers, and wisdom teachers. Basic computer skills & a time commitment of 2.5 to 3 hours per week is requested. Volunteers will be trained as far as our current producer is able. We are a registered non-profit that can provide community service hours for volunteers who need them.

Description
The Shamanic Arts Center in Hotchkiss, Colorado is a small cultural preservation 501c3 non-profit that sponsors the preservation of shamanic practices by facilitating the direct experience of these normally oral and energy-based practices through our various projects.
Shamanic Arts Center projects include an annual Traveling Shamans Camp, Sacred Witness - a sacred sites field trip group, Visionary Artworks - creators of shamanically infused artworks, Experience Exchange - a barter group of practitioners and artists, & Talk Story Media - a documentation team. We also serve as liaisons between host communities & shamanic artists, healers, wisdom teachers, & patrons who are invited to list their services and events in the Shamanic Arts Directory.
Direct experience and exchange of shamanic art & practices is facilitated by the Shamanic Arts Center in Hotchkiss, Colorado through its projects which provide camps, cultural intensives, speakers, and ceremonies to communities or groups.
Our website provides a connection between host communities, visionary artists, healers, wisdom teachers, & storytellers through its shamanic network directories, its events & artwork exhibits listings, as well as its media channel - Talk Story Media.
