We are a creative and fun-loving arts nonprofit with a mission to restore a historic farmhouse for the arts and community benefit. We are very near to completing our restoration efforts and bringing our programming onsite. We are looking to add new members to our Marketing Committee to:
- Promote workshops, classes and events
- Oversee communications via social media, web, e-newsletters, paper fliers, blog, etc
- Connect with other community groups
- Conduct research to learn more about community needs in the arts
- Broaden our contacts in under-served communities
- Strategize improvements to our marketing plan

We are friends working to provide an artistic venue, support and camaraderie for creative people, as we preserve the rural heritage of our home at Jester Farm.
Description
Jester Artspace is a 501(c)(3) non-profit working to restore the historic Jester Farmhouse, in Jester Park on Grubb Road in Wilmington DE, for local artists of all disciplines and skill levels to use as meeting, working and gallery space. The county-owned property is one of the few remaining modest pre-Civil War farmsteads that were once common in Northern Delaware. We are working closely with the county and our restoration plans are nearly complete. In the coming year, we will be undergoing intense strategic planning to transition from restoration, to opening our doors. Learn more about us at jesterartspace.org.
