Make an impact in hospice patients lives, provide companionship, comfort and peace during the end stage of life. Share your talents and skills during a tough transition in life with patients and their families.
Here are some examples of what volunteers do:
-Provide respite care for family members/other caregivers
-Provide bereavement support
- Help administration/ behind the scenes volunteer work
-Internship opportunities available upon request
-Read to patients
-Engage in life review
-Talk about anything and everything with patients (They always have great life advice!)
-Pet Therapy with you Certified Therapy Pet
